Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment no matter the reason. At 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and a 100% fee of the service will be charged as it will move all clients down for the rest of the day :)
